Improved flexibility, better balance, deeper and more focused breathing have all been the benefits of regular yoga practice for me. Roxane is such a patient and passionate teacher, inspiring us all to give each class our best! Now I can’t imagine not practicing yoga!

How wonderful yoga is! I started having knee pain (on my good knee) recently and was limping badly Sunday morning. After Sunday yoga class, I noticed that I was walking normally. It's an awesome feeling that body can naturally heal itself with right stretch and breathing. I can breathe more deeply and lengthy now. Although I have long way to go on yoga postures and terminology, I think I am on the right track!
