CLASS INFORMATION

Class Times:
     Sundays @ 12 noon ­­­ (Flow to Slow)
     Tuesdays @ 9 am ­­ (Flow to Slow)
     Wednesdays @ 8 pm (Yin Yoga)
     Thursdays  @ 7 pm (Flow to Slow)
