We offer our classes in two-month sessions because a regular weekly commitment allows our students to more easily feel progress within themselves and is more beneficial to their health.
We accept students anytime - because there's no time like the present to start feeling healthier!
Current Session - May 1 to June 29
Registration open for all classes.
(Fee is pro-rated for students who begin after the first week, should there be space available.)
Class Times - all 75 minute classes
Sundays 4:30pm ($80 for 8 classes)
Tuesdays 8:30am ($80 for 8 classes)
Wednesdays (yin) 7:45pm ($90 for 9 classes)
Thursdays 6:45pm ($90 for 9 classes)
Note: our Thursday 8:30am classes will resume in September.
