I’ve never done yoga before. Can I do this?
Absolutely! We teach the basics and go from there. Simply doing the postures to the best of your abilities will give you 100% of the benefits your body needs.
Am I flexible enough for yoga?
Our yoga classes are for everyone! This type of yoga is very accessible to the general population, including beginners and those with limited flexibility.
Beginner or Advanced: How can this help me?
Experienced yogi or athlete, you'll get what you need out of each class because of how we teach! We offer posture modifications so you can do the version of the pose best suited for you that day, allowing everyone to practice at their own levels. We also teach the use of props such as yoga blocks and straps to help tailor your practice to the specific shape, structure and needs of your body.
I’m into another sport, so what can yoga offer me?
This yoga will add to your game! Runner, tennis-player, cyclist… whatever your passion, your yoga practice will increase your flexibility, balance and improve your mental focus.
Can I bring my teenager?
For sure! Our yoga is great for teens and adults, helping to create better focus and learning how to calm the mind while getting fit.
Should I do yoga more than once a week?
The benefits of doing yoga are multiplied when you practice more than once a week, and you quickly begin to feel the difference. However, it's more important to give yourself quality time and do yoga when you can.
I have a medical condition. Can I still do yoga?
Yes, in fact yoga can help with many medical problems. As with all health issues, consult your doctor before you involve yourself in any kind of physical program, yoga included.
Should I eat before class?
A light snack within a few hours of class is best.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing.
What do I need?
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind! It’s that simple. As we cannot currently supply yoga props, we encourage you to also bring two yoga blocks and a yoga strap to enhance your practice.
What time should I arrive for class?
You will gain the most from your practice when you arrive with time to get settled and relax. If this is your first time with us, please complete our online waiver, or waiver for minor, ahead of time and arrive 10 minutes before class to get oriented by the teacher.
What if I miss a class?
We make it easier for you to maintain your yoga! Should you miss a class, either In-Studio or Virtual, you will be emailed a link to the On-Demand class to practice at your convenience. You can also simply check with us for space in any of our other classes - class sizes are limited but we occasionally have space.
What is your cancelation policy?
We have a money back guarantee! Should you want or need to cancel your two-month yoga session, a refund minus a $20 fee is available for 7 days after your first class. Single class payments, such as drop-ins or for outdoor yoga, are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the studio.
